2. This Privacy Policy only extends to instantcpd.com and not to use of any website which users may link to using the hypertext connections within instantcpd.com.

We collect certain personal information (such as users’ names, e-mail addresses, telephone numbers and address details) on registration and when orders are made through the Service, and Professional body registration numbers if supplied. The details provided to us will be stored by us and used to provide the Service. In order for users to gain CPE/CPD Points it may be necessary for us to pass some of these details to the relevant professional body if requested, but they will not be supplied to any other third parties except where required by law or as necessary to provide the Service or subject to any other agreement. We may from time to time use these details to provide users with information about the Service and other products and services which Instant CPD provides. By accessing or using the instantcpd.com website users consent to such use. If users do not wish to receive this information they should contact us at [email protected].
4. Should a user need to change their details or if they would like further details about the data we have compiled about them, they should contact us at [email protected].
5. We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.

- The right, where there is a dispute in relation to the accuracy or processing of your personal data, to request a restriction is placed on further processing;
- The right to object to the processing of personal data.

If we wish to use your personal data for a new purpose, not covered by this Data Protection Notice, then we will provide you with a new notice explaining this new use prior to commencing the processing and setting out the relevant purposes and processing conditions.
